•Customization options (colors, fonts, add-ons) are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
•Design ranges for IROX collars affect pricing. Range 1 is the simplest, Range 5 is the most complex.
Payment & Pricing
•Pricing is determined by product type, design range (for IROX), customization options, and add-ons.
•Final pricing will be confirmed after order review. Payment instructions will be provided via email.
•All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed at the time of payment.
Shipping & Delivery
•Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and will be provided with order confirmation.
•Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
•We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Returns & Refunds
•Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.
•Refunds are not available for custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.
•Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos and detailed description.
Warranty & Liability
•Products are designed for working dogs and are field-tested for durability. However, proper use and maintenance are the customer's responsibility.
•We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of our products.
•Regular inspection and maintenance of equipment is recommended for safety.
